Canopy Cafe has moved into The Rocks with a charity that gives 50% of all profits back to reforestation in Australia. We aim to preserve our rainforests and give custodianship back to indigenous communities in the Daintree.
High quality beans and supporting local is important to us at Canopy. As such we use the unique Australian Organic range from Little Marionette. They are roasted each week locally for Canopy and have lush tropical flavour and definable quality
We are currently working with native foragers that give back profit to the Indigenous Food Fund. We are proud to add these unique and delicious ingredients to a classic breakfast offering.
We have recently been given the opportunity to contribute to the area by returning native trees and installing park benches into the community. You can come along and sit along Circular Quay for a coffee or breakfast in our little slice of history.
We hope to start having our bottomless brunches in here soon.
Our Australian Organic coffee aims to stop the worlds biggest polluters. Each bag of beans buys back carbon emissions so that it can't be used to pollute our skies.
We receive our daily fresh pastries and bread from a social enterprise that directs all profits to training and employment of those seeking refuge and asylum in Australia.
Enjoy our spicy bush tomato B&E? These native ingredients are all sourced from those that give back by creating an Indigenous Food Fund for disadvantaged rural communities.
Even if you feel like a martini we have you covered with partnerships use sustainable foraging communities for gin & vodka to ensure native ingredients will still be here for the next generation.
Our milk supplier in Campbellfield has one of the strictest inhouse recycling programs in the country. They even pick up our empty milk containers each day to be cleaned and reused for the next delivery.
We directly donate 50% of profits to the Daintree Rainforest. Ensuring that the world's oldest rainforest is still around for the next generation and that it is returned to the original custodians. You can help as well!
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours for some banter.
